1. Understand the concept of “toxic” masculinity, including its societal and cultural origins, and its impact on individuals and relationships.

2. Understand how EFT theory and interventions can address masculinity to improve relationships and attachment bonds.

3. Develop awareness of personal biases and attitudes towards gender roles, masculinity, and femininity and reflect on how they may impact both the therapist and client.
